Accessing Agile Data Engine
User management is part of the Agile Data Engine service. Use the support portal to manage users and IP address restrictions. New users can set their password and multi-factor authentication (MFA) when accessing Agile Data Engine for the first time.
Alternatively, Microsoft Entra ID integration is available in the Enterprise and higher editions. See Microsoft Entra ID Authentication Integration for more information.
Prerequisites
Username (email address) added to the service
Connection from an allowed IP address
Multi-factor authentication set up with a phone (unless logging in for the first time)
Resetting a password
Use the “Forgot your password?” link in the login view to set a password when logging into Agile Data Engine for the first time. You may also use it to reset your password if you have lost it or if you want to change it.
Click the link, enter your email address and press Send verification code.
Check your email for the verification code. Copy it to the form and press Verify code.
You will get a confirmation, press Continue.
Set a new password and press Continue. This completes the password reset process and you can log in to Agile Data Engine.
Setting up multi-factor authentication
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for the user setup to be complete. The service will ask you to set up MFA when you are logging in for the first time.
Log in with your user credentials.
Enter your phone number for MFA and select Send Code or Call Me to receive an authentication code.
Enter the code into the form and press Verify code. This completes setting up MFA and you will be logged in.
Please use the support portal if you need to reset your phone number.
