User management is part of the Agile Data Engine service. Use the support portal to manage users and IP address restrictions. New users can set their password and multi-factor authentication (MFA) when accessing Agile Data Engine for the first time.
Alternatively, Azure Active Directory integration is available in the Enterprise and higher editions. AAD integration enables you to manage Agile Data Engine users from your own AAD tenant. See Azure AD Authentication Integration for more information.

Setting up multi-factor authentication
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for the user setup to be complete. The service will ask you to set up MFA when you are logging in for the first time.
Log in with your user credentials.
Enter your phone number for MFA and select Send Code or Call Me to receive an authentication code.
Enter the code into the form and press Verify code. This completes setting up MFA and you will be logged in.
