User-Defined Groups

User-Defined Groups is an Insights feature that allows TENANT_ADMINs to configure custom groups which can be used to filter reports. Currently User-Defined Groups supports the configuration of:

  • Tag groups

  • User groups (teams)

Configuration

TENANT_ADMINs can access the configuration menu from the side menu:

Select the grouping you would like to edit, then add, edit or delete rows:

Configured groups will then be available for filtering on specific reports:

Reports

You can list active users, available package & entity tags and current configurations with the User-Defined Groups reports:
